When you sign up to The NearlyWed Club, you are agreeing to a monthly subscription that automatically renews until cancelled. Your membership will renew on the 1st of each month unless you request to cancel.To cancel your subscription, simply email thenearlywedclub@thecraftylab.co.uk with your name and postcode before the 20th of the month. Any cancellation requests received on or after this date will take effect from the following month.Your monthly Nearlywed Club mail will be sent via Royal Mail Second Class and posted between the 10th and 25th of each month. We will announce once the monthly mail is dispatched over in our WhatsApp community announcements channel and on TikTok.

To cancel your subscription, simply email thenearlywedclub@thecraftylab.co.uk with your name and postcode before the 20th of the month. Any cancellation requests received on or after this date will take effect from the following month.

If you need to update the card details linked to your membership, simply send an email to thenearlywedclub@thecraftylab.co.uk and we'll be happy to help. Please include your name and postcode so we can locate your membership and update your payment details.

What if my payment fails?

If your card details need updating, we'll be happy to helpOnce a payment fails, we'll automatically retry your payment using your registered card for up to 14 days after it fails - you don't need to do anything elseWe will contact you by text message the day your payment fails and request an open line of communication so we can resolve the issue quicklyWe will provide a manual payment link by text message on day 1 to resolve the payment problemIf the payment remains outstanding, we will continue to communicate with you by text message, email and phone call until day 14 to resolve paymentIf we're unable to collect your payment after multiple attempts, we'll cancel your membership after 14 days and the outstanding balance will still remain owed and a £15 late payment fee will be added If neccesary and we're unable to receive payment or there's a lack of communication, we will use external companies to recover membership fees where possible
