Placing an order

We're delighted if you're here, because that means you might be wanting to place an order - eeek!

After selecting items, please make sure, double and triple check, that the personalisation you've added is correct, as this is what we'll use to make your item. It is your responsibility to add the correct information here as it can't be changed afterwards. We may be able to amend your order within 24 hours of placing it, though it's not guaranteed - please email info@thecraftylab.co.uk. Similar with your address details, we'll only be able to use information that you add into the secure checkout process. We can't be held responsible for items being made incorrectly or items posted to the wrong address due to wrong information being entered.

When you place an order on the website you'll be guided through the secure checkout where you'll need to enter a valid method of payment which will be processed immediately. By placing an order you're agreeing to all of the above plus the questions you'll find over on our FAQ page.

Returns - faulty or incorrect items

We hope you never need to get in touch to return an item and we take great pride in every item that leaves our Crafty Lab. 

 

With every item on our website being handmade to order and personalised to your request, we don't accept returns due to a change of mind, or if something is incorrect because of an error when ordering....though we can help - please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it in the post.

We'd never let something leave The Crafty Lab if we wouldn't be happy receiving it, so please be assured your item will be a beauty. That being said, if you're truly unhappy with the quality, get in touch and we'll be more than happy to help. 

If you receive a faulty item, you will need to let us know within 14 days of receipt by sending an email to info@thecraftylab.co.uk and we'll be able to help, repair or replace depending on the problem.
